-The Paris 2024 Games are perfectly in step with our changing society. What you may have imagined 4, 8 or 12 years ago has completely changed – because we have changed, as consumers and fans. We want more diversity, more inclusivity and, of course, gender equality. That’s what we’re doing at Paris 2024. We have designed and are developing and already experiencing Games that are fit for today.

The Paris 2024 Games play a leading role in sport. And today, sport is clearly crucial to inclusivity and diversity. Paris 2024 is therefore working with its partners to set up and develop relevant programmes and projects. Take, for example, the organisation’s work with the Les Déterminés association to train young people in social entrepreneurship, using sport as an educational tool. Paris 2024 will employ 150,000 people in the organisation of the Games, and its vision of inclusion, work and society will be key to its success.
